Is it possible to play through all the content in one playthrough (like going for 100% in other games) or are multiple playthroughs required? If so, what should I look out for, or are there walkthroughs for certain paths?
There are achievements ("feats") you can get that require you to do multiple restarts, but they're mostly based on gender (getting to day 50 as a male, female, and herm and the crossdressing perks that are associated with each sex). That being said, aside from one-time events, the game cycles every year. So there's no end, per se. As for a walkthrough on how to access and experience different events, the game's wiki is pretty robust.

Tried this out for the first time recently, have to say that I...kind of just love the concept? Not sure if there are other games of this type, but...
...and more all combine for a game that would be pretty intriguing and fun to play even if it weren't the type of game that could be found on F95zone. The fact that it is also a lewd game, and a free one at that, kind of blows my mind. Again, I don't know if other games of this type exist or not, but this is so far beyond anything I've ever tried to play that I felt like I had properly mention and appreciate it.
(e): Oh, also, building in an achievement-based way to speed up early game progression was a brilliant masterstroke as well - makes it worthwhile to keep playing even if you feel like you horribly screwed something up so you can figure out and unlock more while also making it so that when you do actually restart, it's a lot less painful at the same time.
- Some player agency, in terms of the player deciding which gameplay elements they'd prefer to focus on (particularly as they're building up their character) and how they'd prefer their character to look/be perceived/interact with the world...
- Skills/stats that increase and decrease with use/interactions and open up piles of new options as the game goes on...
- An actually important equipment system that also opens/closes options for the player and drastically changes how situations play out (the fact that it also doubles as a nice pixel art appearance modifier for the character is also quite the bonus)...
- An intriguing little world for the player to explore the various nooks and crannies of as your character unlocks new options...
- Good and natural-sounding situation/character/world writing (which is a really underrated part of, you know, getting a player invested into any of those elements)...
- Lots of optional customization for making the game appeal to particular player tastes/playstyles...

well, it's a temporary limit
really, you'll notice it only when downloading a single file over 5gb (or a few big files consecutively), so it won't affect you like 99% of the time
and when it does, it forces you to wait 6 hours until you can download for free again or buy premium subscription
yea sounds kinda shitty, but honestly as I said it will affect you really rarely, and mega lets you use your whole bandwith rather than throttling it down to a drip like some other hosting sites (damned be the moments where anonfiles is the only option), so I consider it reliable for anything under 5gb

A lot. Here's a summary.
Last year, around August-ish, some idiot had a hissy fit and mass-reported Vrel to every hosting site he's on. The Blogspot was removed because of this, something that has never happened before and Vrel was rightfully scared about it. As was everyone else, for a brief moment we were concerned if the game was over. They did so pre-emptively while investigating this report, but they luckily ruled it in Vrel's favor, found nothing wrong - keep in mind the blog had been up for years at that point, they would have acted sooner otherwise - and went back on it, restoring the blog. MEGA was a different story. We weren't too lucky as they banned Vrel's account and then proceeded to put up a scare-mongering message that he and his account had been "reported to the authorities". I'm not joking.
ALL builds and everything else hosted on MEGA (including the old Contributor's Guide) was gone in an instant. Try to download older builds from 0.1.X and 0.2.X, and it's almost definitely gone. They were hosted on the old account. Where the links used to be in the blog posts for each update, Vrel put up a "Check the most recent update for download links" message to replace them. Unless you had the builds downloaded or someone else archived them, they're gone.
They have done this to several other lewd artists and game developers in the past, with many forced to use alternative sites like Workupload. Even people who have just drawn vanilla porn have gotten that message because MEGA is too trigger-happy.
While it's scummy as hell to put up a message like that on it's own, it gets worse. In truth they were never actually reported, and it was left for their communities to find out the issue for themselves. MEGA didn't issue any sorts of warnings whatsoever and just shut down the accounts.
Amongst other things they actively charge for transfer quotas and if you don't want to pay, you're capped at a low limit. Even VPNs barely work getting past this limit. If you're capped, you won't be able to download anything period in the mean time and you've now got to wait several hours or even days, regardless of the actual file's file size. You exceeded their ridiculous transfer quota, too bad for you. MEGA is the only site to do this. No other file hosting site does this at least to my knowledge.
TLDR - MEGA is a scummy site with scummy practices. But everyone uses it because it's a popular file hosting service.
