Rename your paths, if you use default unzip it'll be [root folder]\Delinquent...\Delinquent....\www\[etc]
Because of this game's ridiculously long name, and it being done twice by default, you'll actually have more than 255 characters in the game's pathname which Windows refuses to read.

Just delete one folder or rename the "Delinquent Schoolgirl Anri Reincarnated in a Penal Colony of Virgins! ver. 1.07 SRS" to like "DefS" or something. Just... have it be shorter pathname.
