Are you sure you're not thinking of Cuckold Confessions? Haven't played it, but know it has a fan fiction where Kat gets in a lot more trouble. But it's reportedly a cuckold-based story, not an extension in the same spirit as Deliverance.

I've played all 3 and I like very much. It's NOT Deliverance but there are some super NTR scenes with Katherine (the character) and it's made by a fan of Deliverance.
