Is there new information? Thank you in advance.
Mostly new map creation that is more of a vertical city map (it looks really good). New rifle components that seem more late game, grass textures are better, some kind of smart sights thing that point to your target no matter what angle your gun is being held at. Oh and the tentacle can implants eggs, rather than cum. Not a new animation, just a bypass in the pregnancy system.

Vertical city map? are you referring to the tall building at "City Outskirts" map?

Anybody know what is the difference between the in-game characters of

- Raider
- Scavenger
- Corporate
At a guess I would say that their overall health, quality of gear and accuracy is what sets them apart.

Corpos being the tankiest/most dangerous, then [probably] Raiders followed by Scavengers.

Right now I feel like your biggest enemy is yourself (mitigating the pitifully restricted weight limit and the penalty on movement speed). The difficulty decreased a little too much and only the Corporates provide any sort of challenge, and even then you can just approach them with the bullet shield and dump a few armor piercing rounds in their head with a scrap pistol. The artificial difficulty increase with the global damage modifier doesn't really work when your enemy keeps missing their shots at point blank range.

It is however, exceedingly satisfying to finally purchase some .338 LLM bullets and fire at the gut of raiders and watch them fly back through the air like in a Bollywood film.

I do hope that the dev implements alternate skins for the enemies in the future (if not voices but that's a lot harder to do... maybe easier done with AI voice? idk). To me it seems pretty easy as just adding different face textures and skin complexions and having them spawn with a random selection. It is kinda strange to me that everyone in the delta zone looks related, as if the biggest crime here weren't the illegal human experiments but instead the inferior gene pool.

What? Is that a bulletproof shield? I always thought it was a refraction mirror that made the enemy invisible. It has never taken effect, I thought the sound of walking exposed me.

The Mousewheel+Up ability with the picture of a person has always worked for me as a shield. Granted I am not aware of the technical details of it but from my experience the enemy stops shooting and doesn't shoot you even when you approach them, and any shots they fire never seem to hit you.

It might actually be an invisibility cloak because the enemy stops shooting (because they probably think you ran off), but I always thought of it as "welp, she turned on the shield. no point wasting my bullets anymore", because it seems to me as a bit odd that the enemy just straight up believes that this chick in front of him that he could see clearly just a second ago phased out into thin air.

Okay, I tried it and it is indeed an invisibility cloak. When opened and moved during combat, enemies will blindly shoot around. If you don't move, you will still be shot.
I had never used it before in V18. In V16, I tried to use it to block bullets, but I was ruthlessly defeated and provided for the enemy to enjoy. I never trusted it again, maybe it was improved in V18.

That's because it i only an invisibility "field". It only makes you invisible from enemies that are looking in the direction you have the filed put up. Meaning if you turn around or an enemy sees you from the side, they will. And enemies aren't stupid; they can shoot you even when you put it up.

It's like this, the enemy AI of V16 and V18 are very different, they have become foolish in the new version.
