This game isn't ready to be replayed over and over. Replayability in this "still in alpha after years of development" state lasts around 4-5 hours. Can't spend hours on it like in FO, not yet.

I stopped using Vortex since it broke a bunch of my stuff and made me quit trying to fix everything; does this not absolutely blow up? I understand people pre-made this already so that "theoretically" it should be fine but more often than not a lot of shit still goes wrong (50% of that is probably user error). At the same time, I don't want my Pip-Boy to have a triple Z cup loli as its background, fifteen gun mods, and graphics that makes my fans sound like a Ninja H2R.
At the end of the day, I wanna build my own thing without having to go through a lot, but Bethesda doesn't want me to make Escape from Honey Sims Turismo.

Fallout 4 does have a detailed pregnancy.
And not just with people, but also with animals, insects, etc.
It's just a bit of work to configure everything correctly, but it's worth it.

You'd be surprised how dumb some people (myself included) can be when it comes to anything computer. You'll be wishing it's just a simple "turn on and off" problem.

I admit that this image alone makes me want to play Fallout with all the mods but... after asking everywhere, it's even more complicated because you already have to downgrade Fallout to before the "Next Gen" update but also use vortex and jsp why but the mod pack tends to just not install with me. It keeps telling me shit like "the installation diagram is circular" in short... Really too bad it's so complex.
If the dev keeps up his 3 month schedule, which is pretty likely, it's gonna be mid February.

I've lewd modded both FO:NV and Skyrim. I got skyrim to function once for more than a hour without crashing and every mod has 4 dependancies that all need 3 dependances each and those dependances need 3 more. Its fucking supercritical modding that never fucking ends till the game cant even fucking start up. New Vegas was more stable crash wise but the mods themselves were bugged that both hard and soft lock you to all fuck. I haven't even dared to look at FO4 because I don't want to devote 3 days to MAYBE getting it to work for it to only shit out a hour later. Oh and that one time I tried to ask for help on that one discord.. and didn't post to their standards ONCE because I forgot to list my order.. and got kicked out. Yeah, very welcoming modding community.
