Just a thought about in-game time btw from test runs experience: I think in such kind of games the time flow should be a real-time slow and performing certain actions will cost you certain amounts of time (that's how you would pass in-game days in general). Why it would be a good choice gameplay wise? You won't be stressed out by time limits while exploring the world and would have a better control over in-game time. Also a clock with in-game time on UI is a must have imo. but you'll be able to adjust the personality even if you choose to skip the prologue (by talking to the driver)
