you have to find earlier save that its working or restart game again and after that keep and eye on as you go and save, if its working. that might get fixed in future, but for now once stops working thats it.

I tried that, I activate the cheats on the 3.5 version but if I try to load the save in the 3.5.1 version, cheats are disabled.

yeah thats because once they are broken in save they remain broken.
there is weird bug, when you play you save allot and if you delete current save and save new - that breaks it for duration.
only solution is to find older save where works or start game again, i had to quite few times cause of that. it had same issue with v3.5 and v3.5.1. and you do usually notice when you load save. like picture disappearing from table.

beyond that i did start game in v3.5 store, till i manage to keep working one and continue playing in .1

I had to delete my saves, start over again with 3.5, select "yes i'd like to cheat" option after creating new save. Close game, launch 3.5.1, choose that save, and cheats are working in 3.5.1.

No it's not dead they post dev reports pretty frequently on discord and they are a few dev blogs on patreon that are free, one dropped on patreon not too long ago

You can access those dev reports on discord for free, joining is free and they do giveaways or contest that gives a one year or 3 months patreon sub for free.

Also you don't need a patreon account to read some updates

till its out of prologue, which gona take time

yeah restart gona be need it, unless dev changes which is doubtful or wouldnt be locked per days to start with till prologue is done and also have yet to see any ce table with time variable on it.
