I think many RPGM and other 2D RPG with corruption are similar in concept. Stylistically - My Lust Wish (as mentioned, partially developed by same devs, but Deluded has more deep story and has also pure (normal girl) route for example, while MLW not and based mainly on teen kinks). Somewhat similar other adventure games like Lust is Strange
I think such a delay because UE are not a good engine for RPG games, also dev want to make simulation elements, which we saw in big RPGs aka Skyrim or Oblivion, when settlers had their live and moving around, and not teleports, with standalone animations. I dont know, if theyimplement it (or game becomes abadoned as many Russian games)

I wouldn't say that My Lust Wish is really similar to Deluded, the new devs of MLW changed direction drastically and even somewhat laughed at the previous devs's work on discord... You might want to try The Last Barbarian, it's quite the change of style (fantasy world, dark souls like but not extremely difficult, some RPG elements) but you can choose to either corrupt/act as a slut or not and a wide array of fetishes, BDSM tools, Vore, tentacles, futa, pregnancies, etc, there are also different quests that lead to completely different endings.

Well if not (in modern era) rpg, there also Kalyskah (still in early development as Deluded), with complex story - you know - vampires.
(As i think porn games must be a games in general, i can watch porn on some video sites, but i want see complex adult games)

The easiest reason I see why is that they'll be barred from payment platforms the moment they find out about it. Probably rather not risk it and have less work.
Though I still want it, i mean perv brother in a porn game not have it? That's bonkers
As you say they dont want to lose patreon money, nothing more nothing less, coz lets remember patreon bans the game if on other platforms add that content.
That said, devs u wont get my money if u let them censor your game. Good luck
