No, not for now. They've already done the code for a lot of things that aren't yet used in the prologue.

I can't do the clothes quest, I have clothes on from the bathroom drawer but she doesn't 'accept' them

This is not supposed to be a thing, not having cheats doesn't ruin the playthrough. Are you sure you tending to Alisa's needs?

if someone need(this is save, and .txt instructions)You can use cheats if you download 0.3.0 with cheats, save game on start of each day. Then copy your save in \AppData\Local\SRTE\ and then you can load game in 0.3.5 version and there be cheats (f1) and secret store (phone). There a few bug if use this method but there nothing critical. With cheats and unreal engine unlocker you can do many interesting screenshots and videos .
If developers can do what they planned it will be really cool game with many mechanics and differents type of gameplay . I hope there be hunting and then i can play for bitch that runaway from home and survive in the forest

When you leave the graveyard you will get bugged without getting in the house as it should be. i dont know if its only my problem but could you load an save up where you are fresh started at day one after the graveyard?
It's not only your problem, thats why you need saves from beggining of each day and from the graveyard. But with this saves you cant meet Luis (man with cart that sell various things) and you cant go to test locations. For this things you just need start new game without cheats.
