That's wild that after all the screenshots showing my work in progress not to mention the animations using live2d, that that is what you think I'm doing, again I am very transparent about how/what I use AI for (if you didn't catch it, it's in the FAQ spoiler) and if you don't like it, I am sorry to hear that but honestly you can take the AI witch hunt somewhere else
or stay here and keep bitching about some shit that wont change ..

My friend please read the FAQ I beg of you, I never said I don't use AI it is a tool I use to learn from I clearly state what I use it for and when, as for the spider girl that is a concept picture, I didn't really think to go that deep in to detail aside from learning to shade latex pants( thus the words subject to change), as for the jacket I'm not sure what you mean by fade in to nothing as its supposed to be a short jacket..

I don't know what to tell you man, with the amount of redraws I do, I can't please everyone.
and if the sprites look too Ai for you, I'm sorry I really am, but the struggle of making something that looks good, is reproducible and wont take me days is difficult when im doing this all myself while putting out updates monthly.. and using AI as a reference tool helps with that.
But if you are sure you liked the old art better here are a few screenshots from like 6 months back

I am not exactly a fan of AI art and AI art styles... but i'm not about to be rude about things. I read your FAQ, and scrolled through some of the posts on the most recent pages.
If that's what you feel you gotta do, then OK. I would just put forward the idea that AI isn't the best way to practice something, because AI itself does not understand anything, it's just guessing. You're going to learn in a flawed way... and people are FOREVER going to see the ways your art resembles an AI's art. So if it bugs you that people see it and comment on it, I'm sorry. it isn't going to stop happening no matter how much you clarify.
But I'm not about to tell you to stop. It's your time. It's your art, and it's your game. If this is the most accessible way you can get your practice and create something that can be put together and put out to people, ALRIGHT. If that's the case I might suggest just knuckling down and getting your game out and polished up. Don't mind people. Just do your thing. You can reassess after you get your project done.
And if this site bugs you, you shouldn't overly subject yourself to it. I've found that the people on this site can be overly harsh towards creators. They have an inflated sense of entitlement to what they do. They want to be backseating. Hell, I'm doing it here. Just gently, and with no expectations on you or your time.
it sucks that the mere existence of AI has everyone being 24/7 schizophrenic about everything being AI. In some ways, this paranoia is as bad as the actual direct effects of AI. You feel like you can't trust anything to be human and real. Shits nuts.
