When exactly? if I try on weekdays at sunrise I see the following message
"It would be rude to disturb them so early in the morning."

If I skip the time and try again in the morning I see this
"Lucia is not at home. She is still working at the university."

If I skip once more and try in the midday
"I don't know where Mike is. I need to make sure he's not coming home anytime soon."

So, there is no way to go into their home in my case.
I tried weekends, too.

Try talking to her in the university. Mon Wed Fri. before going to class in morning. Not sunrise though.

Thanks for your help here are the steps:
- on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday you need to talk to Lucia in the morning.
- Then you need to attend the class
- Then you can visit her
