If your problem is specific to the android version then you should tag estrada777, he's the ona that made the android port.
Also, I'm pretty sure updating the android port to the current version of the game is on his "to do list".

And whatever your problem is, if you don't give any details, no one will be able to help you.

one with - 2,11KB and second with - 2.45KB inside folder tl
Which one is needed or both?

The folders in the patch unzip correspond to the folders in your "game" folder. All the files and subfolders will copy to the right place if you drag the patch parent folder into the right dbs folder level.
