Which Alicia quest was happening at the same time? We are always looking for things like that that should be blocked when in another event in order to make the game more robust.

Here! First, you trigger Alicia quest, in class, then go out from class and there Claire stands near the door, so i triggered her quest too, witch teleports you to the toilets, then you track back to the fire alarm and push it.... aaaand here you go, you can't go anywhere include library.
