There are two ways to earn more money
1- work for Lena, that will net you $20 a go
using the window in the MCs room to see if she's home and head there
2-use the URM mod, look for "player_gold" without the quotes
change the amount to example $1000

I think you need around $200 for it to trigger

next head to the dining room

afterwards you need to
Click on her door until you see yourself knocking on it
then go to the PC and use the camera to spy on her

Sofia - Speak to the dad on Sunday in the Living Room while he's watching sports, stay in the living room and skip time
Erica - You should catch the dad going into her room in the Hallway
Kara - Not sure, I think you wait for her to contact you
Carla - It should take place in the storage room of the office
Lena - not a 100%, but I believe it happens when you're watching Lena through the MCs window with binoculars
