I always find these types of threads interesting, cause I usually see these types of antics working. Probably the first time i've seen the dev getting so little support despite gateing progress behind said support.
Usually i'd recommend the dev make some changes to the game to make it less miserable to play for everyone to garner more support from the player base but looks like that bridge has long been burnt aswell.
So I got no clue how you save this game anymore. Atleast the dev seems actually interested in making the game and not just looking for a quick buck. Probably the best thing I can say about the situation.

- what antics, progression gets easier the more you progress through the game (no support needed)
-i don't think a game should be made for everyone
