In my playthrough I've probably spent that amount of time skipping to the end of the day and then watching movies with Leslie. In a finished game you can do some time management and do the quests in parallel, but when a game is in development there'll generally only be one quest available at a time. For example, if it's saturday, and there's no available quests to do except the game night, then you really don't have a choice but to blow 7 days waiting for game night to happen. So keeping the time limit out until the game is finished is definitely a good idea, lest your save file get into a softlocked state because of this. What, will you spend all 100 days talking to yourself in the school?
