No, the public version means the developer gives it free to everyone who wants to play with all the available content open and ready to play. Not played the game for a couple of updates I think. Is the public version like other games that has content locked to paid versions only?
Thanks man. Do I need to download and apply the public patch too?No, the public version means the developer gives it free to everyone who wants to play with all the available content open and ready to play.
The public version is released about 1 week after subscribers beta test it to find bugs. During that week, the Dev team fixes all the bugs found before the free release.
You're welcome.
The link for the patch says - 06.5 Beta -> Public PatchThanks man. Do I need to download and apply the public patch too?
No idea man. Just downloading the version that is on the first page of this thread. The link for the patch says - 06.5 Beta -> Public Patch
Do you have the beta version that has the bugs the patch fixes?
Or will you be playing the public version?
That should answer your question.
Read the thread title. No idea man. Just downloading the version that is on the first page of this thread.
It's doesn't matter. After waiting for it to download I ended up downloading the wrong platform version. Haha.Read the thread title.
Read the name of the zip file you are downloading.
That should answer your question.
It is built properly. Don't know what you're talking about. Until recently, I played all games on a 2013 ASUS i7-3770 with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 video card. This game ran on that old machine with no problem.Downloaded the right version but another example of an RPGM game that hadn't been built properly and tries to turn your PC into an inferno. For the amount of hand holding the game does, it's a shame the game wasn't just built for Renpy. Got bored of it though after the first school day and ditched it. Might check it out again at a much later date.
I meant in terms of how the game is designed. RPGM suits games that have far more depth to them like combat and stuff like that. When its just a there and back system it seems a waste to be using the RPGM for it, when it would be far more suited to the VN Renpy style. It is built properly. Don't know what you're talking about. Based upon our previous exchanges this morning, PEBKAC seems most likely.
If you bothered to play it for more than 10 minutes, you'd find 'combat and stuff'I meant in terms of how the game is designed. I'd do what it says, drag the game.app to your desktop that usually works. There should be a ReadMe with the Mac folder and the same tips/instructions are pinned in the help chat over in the discordHas anyone seen this error on Mac:

I don't ever make estimates on release dates, nothing good can come from offering a date or timeline I can't guarantee. If you've been around for any of the last few you'll know that I make big updates and that they take a while, the aim is 5-6mo the reality lately has been 7-9mo unfortunately, but the timeline is beholden to the amount of work so as long as the next one isn't 06.5 levels of big in terms of art it shouldn't take as long.when will be the planned next update?![]()
The combat wasn't my concern. Just let it go man. People on here take opinion as being fact and get yourselves all worked up for fuck all.If you bothered to play it for more than 10 minutes, you'd find 'combat and stuff'
Game is in active development, still got a lot of bare bones to it.
