Define what you are looking for - not just the word (because, sadly, people can't agree on definitions, anymore).
In short: the MC is taking part of the seduction and corruption of Leslie and Ashley, who are his father's wife and daughter - The MC is also seducing and/or corrupting 30 other mortals as well as several non-mortals.

If you leave Leslie out of it, under the strict definition of netori only Candy counts since she is in a formal relationship and starts cheating after seeing the MC's dick. There are other women MC is gonna seduce that are married but none of those have content yet. Everyone else is single.
As a side note, the reason that people disagree on what NTR is due to the definition not being a direct equivalent for cuckoldry. Netorare roughly translates to "having something precious stolen" with the "something" part meaning both a tangible and non-tangible connection to a person, the actual word doesn't translate in to English properly; this is why a parent fucking someone bulling their child is considered NTR according to the Japanese even though the parent and child aren't in a sexual relationship.
Thats why there is a distinction between netorare and netori, one is where you are meant to project on the the person having something stolen and the other where you are the theif. People conflate NTR with direct physical cuckoldry since it's the most common expression of it but it's not required according to the definition.

Fun fact, this is why some asian language content has absoulte word salad names, think "Super Happy Family Funtime Adventure" or something of the like, the actual name in the native tongue doesn't sound that long but due to the exact word defintion not being a direct equilvent translators will pile on multiple words with simliar but slightly different meanings to get the message across.

I'd like a scenario that uses some of the "non focus" girls.
Maybe Jon develops a new power that allures the average woman but it goes from flirtatious to an animalistic want for him. They start coming on to him hard in inopportune moments (like flashing and groping him in public/school etc) and he's not feeling it because they're not "focus" girls plus they could get him found out.
But Babs, Babs has turned wily and domineering like her D&D character and traps him after making it seem like she's helping Jon get away from the amorous admirers.
She wants him, now he can do this the easy way, or he can do this the hard way. The choose is his.

Babs is a focus girl. The Focus girls are the teachers, students and townsfolk that you've met and interacted with.
The rest are 'NFC' Non Fuckable Character. They won't get any content like that.

Thank you for long and good explation. I checked who is Candy. A gold digger! Gold digger + netori is a very good combination for me. Are there any woman MC can steal whose not in a formal relationship but flirting or dating with someone or whose someone's crush?

I kinda feel bad for Paul. Sure he is a drunkard workaholic, but does that justify Leslie fucking their own son and acting like she is the only victim?
I feel like she's tried to understand and help with his issues, but Paul doesn't want help - he wants his behavior to be enabled. She offers him advice on reconciling with MC and Ash in the car and he pushes back on it and then gets frustrated and leaves, same as he does in the restaurant.
I'm not gonna say whether or not his behavior justifies what MC and Leslie are doing as that's up to the player to feel for themselves, but he's had ample time and opportunity to improve, maintain, and eventually salvage his relationships and he's squandering them every time
So...any connection between Small Paul and the hillbilly mob? Yeah, you can't answer that, I know. But we're all thinking it. Unless it's an entirely DIFFERENT mob Paul's working for!...
I feel like im stuck very early on in the game and would appreciate some help for what to do next. im currently on the main story quest right after you meet up with Cammie (i think, the southern mom) in the mall bookstore then it tells me to go home. its now been 4 ingame days since that and it still says go home. i also have the jogger and sabotage the laundry quests but cant progress with those either. does anyone know what im supposed to do next

without knowing the exact wording of the quests off the top off my head...
So, when you had the MC go home, your sent him to his apartment, right? Walked up the stairs into the apartment? When the MC leaves the apartment, you have him go out the door and down the stairs to the sidewalk, too?
Jogger quest you probably need the MC to go to the circle on the left side of the school to get speed after losing once in the race. Or do you mean something different?
Sabotage laundry - have you had the MC go to the basket and washer/dryer in the apartment?
Btw, all of these have been answered before and can be searched in the thread. Can also use the quest wording to search the playthrough videos on YouTube.
Please share screenshots or exact quest wording in the future so we know what part of which quest you're on.

I just want to add, that if my Partner would be out of town most of the year and is always drunk when at home for the few days here and there, i would divorce and search for another partner as well. I would never betray my partner but the frustration and sexual need of people cannot simply vanish.
