Theres a crytal next to a person blocking the exit. Just interact with the crystal it will teleport you to the Memory room

See in the notes. After you finished the tombs, flip the top middle switch. The tomb in the middle, then you can proceed, after a stairway appeared closeby.

Yes, also as Dev-chan mentioned it is due to concerns over the data size of the game. But on the positive side the Updates are relatively punctual (+-3 days) and dialogue with the dev as well as feedback is fluent.
