Actually, you can. All you have to do is make it a choice if you want to do that stuff. Not exactly rocket science.
For instance, I find the one with a lip piercing, which I hate in general, to be a 5 on her best day, before the piercing takes her down 2 notches. Also don't like lesbians. To watch. I couldn't care less if "my harem" goes at it on their own.

Buff Game Question, in his dream his mom is taking him to his aunt. Now he wakes up in a house with a girl and her mother. The girl is his "childhood friend" and the mother is the "lady who took him in".
So if this isn't his Aunt and cousin, I think you need to provide some context before he starts interacting with them. At this point in the game when he is walking down the stairs, I would imagine the cuck-tastic fuckwads at Patreon will have dropped you for "incest". And the whole "it's not like we are related" line later in the story is in there way too late for that.
Regardless, I am pretty sure this is ripe for a "patch" so far.

I wish the text would always be centered, like the narrator style, as it's easier and faster to read and follow scenes like in so many other games when your eyes shift between the center scenes and the text below. That's mainly an issue for widescreens ofc.
I fixed this myself by adding the what_style of narrator to each character what is obviously not a great but quick solution in characters.rpy.

Umm... The developer said a few posts back that they are not planning to make content skippable. It will also be a linear VN, so it seems you are out of luck here, at least for now.
As I said before. Not everybody have the same taste. Sometimes you just have to skip VN's because they are not up to your taste. For instance, I don't like "hard" NTR, so I just skip those VN's and leave them to the people that like it. I respect the authors/developers and don't want to push them in a direction they do not want.
Anyway - Let's see how this VN develops. So far it seems to have a nice start...

An Android version is not a immediate priority for us right now, but it's something we'll be able to provide sooner rather than later, so please be patient until it's available!
Also, "android apk?" is not a very friendly question. To punish that, I'd postpone the Android version.
