Update info! After I changed some files in the image folder and it was still the same I tried changing the engine to mz and it became like this... The black box is a bit annoying but that should be fine right?
It seems it's a bug with trying to emulate the game on a phone, a friend of mine had the same issue with our second game. Not sure how to fully resolve it tbh.
