i downloaded and installed the game and this is what i get. How can i play uncensored version ?
i even conquered the dragon kingdom and the debuffs didn't wear off. Is this a huge bug because playing with permanent debuffs is unplayable ?

For your debuff issue, iirc they should've all been removed after completing the coliseum did you use cheats to bypass anything? You could try the clear states cheat from the RPGM cheat menu, but that cheat is finicky at best and might mess with your save in surprising ways, depending on how the game was coded. Still, it's better than having to restart from scratch.
In regards to your censored version, all kagura games require a patch to be applied. Usually uploaders upload them with the patch pre applied, but it doesn't hurt to download the patch from the kagura website. Specially if it seems the porn game you downloaded has a surprising absence of porn.
In this game in particular you won't miss anything obvious by no having the patch, with porn being 99% optional since very little important info was actually cut in the censored version. Still, the dichotomy between the bad end area and the doremi fuckingdom makes for some great storytelling, so you should definitely get the patch.
I did what the walkthrough told me "You need to touch in following order: Easternmost crest > NW crest (the very first one near the chest) > southernmost one."
But i couldn't open the secret path to get the legendary weapon. Anyone knows what is the problem ? I might have accidentally touched sth and dont know how to reset it (please tell me if there is a way to reset) This is chapter 2 just before entering the Colloseum

I think it resets when you fail, but try to leave and enter the map to try again just to be sure.
Also, make sure that you are properly following the instructions. I don't know how accurate the online guides are, but you can return later after you buy the instruction for this in fuckingdom.
when i am in the memory part in chapter 4 i found (thanks to a guide) but when i am done with that section i dont get the weapon in my inventory when i am done with that section. do i have to pick it up somewhere?
when the dungeon starts you have the first mark. its also mentioned in the guide i read (from steam). so you missed that one i assume

And answering your question, it doesn't. Scenes remain locked after completing the game.
If you do decide to unlock everything, there are very few optional mid game scenes. Specifically, there's one per companion not including lily (for which the scene is mandatory) and a couple for the optional side missions before going to the empire.

Mostly every other scene is optional but separate from the game and can be unlocked at any time. Two types here too: bad end ones and gacha ones.

Or, you know, just use the unlocker I've mentioned. I just don't advise on using it to skip into the goods from the start. This is an amazing game, one of the few I've personally thoroughly completed before creating an unlocker. There's a reason a lot of reviews for this game mention the fact that the porn is optional or that it is just a game with porn as a way to increase sales in eroge markets. This is a legit JRPG with porn sprinkled on top, it's not just porn pretending to be a game.

Does anyone know where the Heavens Claw is? I keep seeing it pop up in this guide, but I don't see any info on where to actually find it.
I already take item chest above Kalinka at past memories, teach farmer at past how to farm and later open buried chest at Radiant Tower but only getting Crystal Tiara but not Heavens Claw.
