The truth is, it's been a long time since I played, but if I remember correctly, the MC would have some kind of spell cast on him to torture him when he had sexual desires (or something like that), in addition to using another spell to make him more submissive. Given that, what I like about the game is that I can prevent the MC from having a romance and sex with all the LIs, because I don't really like any of them.
Pregnancy is optional. Chapter 4 had almost double the renders it would have otherwise to cover this. Just be very careful if you go down this path.
I just started playing this game and liking it so far. As to your theory, I had a similar theory but she may not be dead. In his visions, they talked about the princess' mother but not his mother and talked like Lilith was dying or fading away. They started talking about bringing her back to life or something like that, through their union. I do think this "Aunt Vivian" might be behind the evil familiar torturing Evelyn.
You won't mess up your relationship with Evelyn, but you'll miss the sort of final part of Evelyn's story. Although this branch isn't gated by witch/demon points, it still echoes the same general pattern of witch/demon decisions. Going to Evelyn and hearing her story is more of a "witch" type path. Going off to bang the cute bartender is the "demon" path.

A little behind-the-scenes story...originally, there was going to be a Franz, and a love triangle thing with him, Hans and David, but I opted not to spend too much time on this part of the story and simplified things a bit.
My demon will not be in a relationship with Hans, if I can help it. Will be his best friend, have his back and will wingman for him, trying to find the right guy for him but I don't swing that way. nttawwt

Assuming I'm not mixing her up with someone else, and that she's the one who goes to the hospital, Lisa did heal her. The only reason she's stuck in there is she needed to pretend to be still injured to hide the involvement of witches outside the guy who "blew himself up"
