It's kinda a hotel, incest doesn't make much sense in the context of the story.

As a fan of crotch tattoos I feel like you're rushing slightly, make the tattoo grow over time and slowly corrupt them. I figure English isn't your first language so maybe pull in some help with a little more narrative/story building before you rush to the sex. Depravity in dream doesn't have to be focused on the MC, you could make more interactions with the real world.
