I noticed that the dev is working on another game as well. It there a set update frequency for either of them?

I don't really know, the only updates i'm seeing is on his Subscribestar, maybe in his discord channel there will be a more update info frequency, but again, i don't know.

Even if the MC looks like he's going through chemo the girls are pretty hot and it's nice we're seeing some more grandma content. The plot is... pretty wild.

I don't think it will be possible, the Dev is still working on Depth's Revival 1 endings, and one week ago he posted that the solo endings are complete and now he only needs to finish the "true ending", so we will have to wait a little more until Ep 2.

The girls on the family will be bigger because they have "amazon genes", but the other LIs will be normal size, the DEV said that he want to make a story of overcoming, where the protag will be at his lowest and progressive grow earning the respect and love of the girls, especially the girls on his family since they still see him as a little boy.
And about the height of MC, the DEV already increased it a little:

After looking though, I think he could be 12ft tall, and still look like a shota with that 12 year old face.

The MC will look like Machio from Dumbbell Nan-Kilo Moteru? at the end of the game.That is a good improvement.
