First off, the MC looks pretty bad, quite a downgrade. I understand that this is meant to be a different person, not a rewrite of the first game, but man this dude looks totally emaciated and even a bit feminine, especially in the third image (as of writing this post, august 7th 2025) he looks thin, gaunt, weak and just totally unappealing. I understand that it is a bit difficult to make an appealing male character in the HS style of illusion games, but quite honestly the protagonist of the first game looked fine, you could have taken him and edited him a bit to make him look different enough (If this is from the same illusion game) to be seen as a new person.

Second, the women. Like the first point, most of them look wholly unappealing to me, milfs are fine, facial aging is fine, but a lot of the girls in the images look too old, at least 3 of them look like grannies in the face, it just doesn't appeal to me in a porn game. In addition, one of the girls seems to be pregnant already, I'll go out on a limb and say that the MC caused that for the sake of the discussion. Its too far along for us to have gotten a good chunk of time with her to have seen her relationship with the MC develop, just from the images, unless this first episode is like an hour long, it feels like it might be moving too fast with the players just not having enough skin in the game to truly care for the characters like the first game (which went quick, don't get me wrong, but we did get enough time with each girl (mostly) before impregnation for the player to know them enough to feel good about it.

Third, the MC seems to be a lot more submissive from the images shown. Now, yes, there was femdom in the first game, IF you went down that route with one of the girls, but at the same time, the MC also kicked the ass of multiple gang members and blackmailed said girl for sex if you did not go down the femdom route. The images shown of the game are mostly (sex scenes) femdom looking, with the MC in submissive positions or looking like he just isn't in control. He looks miserable and flustered, and I wonder if this game has a non femdom path, because from the images (of sex) shown, it seems like the MC being submissive is the main focus which I fear might isolate half of the existing audience from the first game.

In all, If I had no prior knowledge of the first game in this series, and what an absolute masterpiece it was, I would have easily passed over this game without even clicking on it to read the thread from looking at the previews. Ignoring personal opinions such as my stance on femdom, the character designs are a great disappointment, and are a massive downside, but worst of all the description (Remember, I am talking as if I had never known the first game) is so vague and targeted towards an existing audience that there is no way I would have been hooked and downloaded the game from that alone.

Knowing what I know about the first game, however, I will put the thread on watch and check back every few updates because I see a good chance it turns around for the better, this is the perfect time to do so, as not much has been created for the game yet. I wish you luck, dev, you've done it before, which is the hardest part, so I know you are capable of doing it again.

I understand your concern, but this time around I'm thinkin of having an actual character development for MC. The first episode starts at his lowest and he will grow from there. He's not all badass from the get-go like the first MC, but he'll get there.

DR1 is one of my favorite games. (Except the current ending while I'm looking forward for the true ending.)
The art is so good and probably the best pregnant sex scenes I've ever seen for the bellies can move naturally.
So happy and excited to see the sequel.

The current art of the female characters in the sequel are also awesome to me.
I love gilfs and therefore it's wonderful for me to know that MC will get granny also.
Wish that there will be numbers of them and even become pregnant since pregnant grannies are so rare and sexy.

average height for where? it would be nicer if he wasn't a pseudo shota it doesn't match his face. i don't wanna knock your style but why does he have to be shorter than everyone? i doubt you will but i do hope you give a good thinking about making him taller. short mc are a downgrade when there ridiculously tall women characters cause all i think about is how does he do anything with them without it looking comical constantly.

Here's the difference between MC's and their mothers. Don't mind the measurements in the background they're not correct, I just put it there to make it clear. DR1 MC is a tall dude and DR2 MC is average height as you can see maybe a little below average but like I said it's his family that are giants. Look at the difference between the mothers, lol.

Sure they can make guesses like wallet, keys and phone but I have brought a whole ton of crap beyond that in my life as an adult and no one knows. No one asked about your life story, my guy. You are completely different from this fictional character. You may not, but he definitely needs his parents approval for a lot of things- you can tell. "Let him" is an accurate word to use since they have the power to cancel his wedding apparently. If not for the gun, this would've ended quietly.

i got you man lol but i still think the whole him being shorter than most of his women is odd you'll prob get quite a few more messages about it since it just doesn't feel right. like size for size would be better but I've never played this one so i dunno why the ladies are tall af or if there's a reason so ill just have to give it a go and see what's up

I love me some tall ladies, that's the reason, lol. But it also matters in the plot, it is one of the reasons why MC did what he did in the past.

somehow it feels like the quality of the models went down a bit. none of them really stick out as much except the sister.

The mother is the tallest of em all so she stands out the most, but I'll take another look at the models.

She's not the first priority in MC's list, but they'll meet again, and I don't know about the models, they all seem fine to me. If you can be more specific, maybe I can understand your view.

sorry but.... I understood the idea of gen’s 'amazons' but for all family members? not for me ...especially since these are the most important Li’s in this kind of game (my opinion)

And according to the screens they look too similar... in your first game we recognized each Li directly...

and finally the model of the mc really hurts me...

I think I will wait for the new ending of your first game.
and would come back to this one if there are better and different models...
