That choice only delays the other girls event to the next day cause having them back to back doesn't make any sense. You're still going to meet with both of the girls there's just a day between the events.

You choose one and the next day you have a scene with the other. I don't know if they are the same scene or two different scenes for each LI.

Mainly dialog changes as the other day's event is taken into consideration for the other girls event.

I share weekly progress updates on my patreon and discord, you can check them out for a release date and I'm still working on it and best I can say is that I'm going to release the next chapter before this year ends but can't quite give an exact date right now.

6.5 is mainly some grammar / spelling fixes and adding the unique patron requested scenes (which are now free to the public).

You will have to wait for chapter 7 for the story to continue and I can already tell you that it's going to be good from what I have been able to gather. It would further progress the harem path and setup the ground work for the solo paths.
