So what's everyone's favorite work by Derpixon?
To me, I've always considered her the queen of freeuse / public sex. That is specifically my fetish. The first artwork I ever saw of her was that mom and daughter tentacle one on Tumblr and I've been a huge fan of her ever since. Other good ones are "Thirst Week", "Endurance Test", and even "Party Games" since it implies the other 3 girls are watching.
But for me my personal favorite is Test of Faith. I even said as much on her Discord server when it came out, and it's still my favorite today. That one just hit all the right buttons for me.

I disagree with this. She has been doing more and more SFW work and even in her NSFW stuff she clearly put an absolute ton of work into the lore and story of her big projects. She wants more than to just make smut and live off of the money. I actually really respect her for being able to see that and just moving on from this part of her life.
If hentai artists can get hired to work on regular anime productions, I don't see why having adult content as your portfolio necessarily excludes you from finding work. It's even an open secret that some of the more popular anime voice actors do hentai voice acting (ie Ikumi Hasegawa - Bocchi's Kita, 86's Vladilena - does hentai work under the alternate name Kyouko Akabane) or hentai/nfsw artists doing mainstream work like Hideaki Anno (Gainax founder, Evangelion) worked on Cream Lemon and Monogatari's Akiyuki Shinbou worked on Unbalance.
If you think it's cause Japan is special, Dan Green the EN voice actor for Yugi in Yugioh did/does yaoi hentai voice work.

Everyone you just listed has a SFW career that they can reference though. They may do NSFW work, but it's not their primary career and it's divorced from their mainstream work. Derpixion has Derpixion. Also, I get the vibe they live not in Japan and trust me the temperature for finding work in most places if you do anything NSFW is very bad. You only giving one example for an EN creative while having a list for Japanese creatives is kind of telling don't you think.
Because they were able to get a job despite having only NSFW.
Like Ikumi Hasegawa's first voice roles were in nsfw VNs before her first small role in a normal anime and she did 4 years of hentai VN work before her first main cast role in 86.
And given that you could do gay yaoi porn voice acting and still land a job as the title character in a kid's cartoon for a Western audience, i'm pretty sure your impression of how hard it is to transition to mainstream SFW content as a creator even outside Japan is a little off.
The only thing that would be holding Derpixon back is his/her inability to sell her art skill as applicable to a company he/she applied to. Being able to draw the naked human form in various animated poses is more applicable than some rando who only had vases and fruit bowls in their portfolio because it means you understand human body movements and can show that in your art.

Derpixon made their legacy and contributed a lot to the 2d animated pornographic space, deserves their rest just like Zone before.
