There never was NTR to begin with, just sharing scenes.

It is possible there will be more sharing. The dev doesn't plan out scenes by fetishes/kinks. He decides what scenes (storwise) he wants to include and if a particular fetish/kink would fit in that scenario, he may include it.

ntr no, but sharing is quite possible, it all depends on the narration of the plot and how it will be implemented.

Will there be an option to reeducate the group of Raiders. Like, I honestly wish that there were an option in Fallout 4 Nuka Cola since a lot of them have interesting characters. Would be fun if the Raiders joined in helping the Desert Stalker (faction?) like the Mutants.

If you use that logic, there wouldn't have been any at all.

It's more like:

Have a scene where Igor and Kateryna spend time at MC's home
Here it makes sense to optionally let Igor have some fun, so let's do that

Not like:

We need a new sharing scene
Come up with some random scenario where that would work, even if it doesn't really fit the story

Also not like:

We need a new sharing scene
Which of these planned scenarios can we shove it in, even if it doesn't make sense?

It seems already ongoing storywise.
Sadly, the author do not gives us some magic brainwashing tool, which forces them all to forego old ways and become respectful Zetans (as well as your fiercely loyal underlings) in a week or so. Hope that bummer does not spoil the plot too much.

The interesting thing (to me at least) is that Sekhmet's Legion is apparently dedicated Sekhmet, the Egyptian goddess of war.

The Queen is named Merneith, which means "Beloved by Neith", with Neith being another Egyptian goddess of war. Probably the more orderly aspect of warfare, as opposed to Sekhmet's disorderly aspect.

Neith was the mother of Ra, who was the father of Sekhmet.

So the solution is obvious:

Queen Merneith must deliver enormous quantities of beer to Sekhmet's Legion and she'll gain a loyal ally.
