Didn't play that game but I suppose it uses the same model as Omar rather than being set in the same universe.

On what platform are you ? If you are on PC Windows, you might to whitelist the RenPY exe, Win Defender started to make funny stuff recently.

What are the usual odds of Patreon 'reviewing' a page to then turn around and go 'No, actually, all good'? They rake in mega millions, so nuking a comparatively small single creator for the sake of even the risk of the slightest bit of bad publicity, regardless of minor or arguable details is absolutely something they would do.

The solution for devs making things that push the boundary a bit regarding content is to bundle the extra stuff into a patch that they release at the time of the main update but via a separate link away from Patreon and direct paying patrons to that place.

Even if you make it publicly available and not produced for any paying member of Patreon? Call it a free dlc. I mean if we're going down the rule circumnavigation, every single game compatible with an incest patch is also against their rules. Released elsewhere and changes the thing being released on Patreon into something they don't allow.

On distant shores is a good game. Love the story and accompanying narrative. The MC's background is a bit of a tragic one, but won't go into more detail beyond that on the risk of spoiling the plot.... ;D

Yeah, I never really thought about that tbh... Omar and the MC of ODS have the same model....now that you mention it, it does kinda look that way

Turns out Omar has twice as big harem than Zaton and not enough dicks to satisfy those women. Hes even more powerful than Zaton and would put him in a cuck chair instead.
Which isnt bad i guess but i get tired of it eventually.
Didnt really enjoy story ended up skipping most game, but animations are way better.
With all respect to our friend Omar, i guess it wasnt meant for me.

Yeah, the subject matter/plot line in ODS is quite frankly a bit out there.....It can get quite complex, erratic, a bit hard to follow at times and may not be as engaging/compelling of a storyline for some players.

In comparison, the lore and world-building in DS are a lot more palatable for me because the latter immerses the player in a post-apocalyptic environment which makes the plot more compelling in a sense.

But in the former, (ODS) the plot and narrative are largely centred around the MC/his harem and not as much world-building per se....But in DS you as the player feel as if your story as Zaton is just simply one piece of the puzzle in a very expansive world with other characters seemingly plotting something secretive in the background....
