I cannot skip because all the data are wiped clean by starting from scratch...
Not if you don't delete your RenPy folder with your persistent file on your PC - even if you nuked the old game folder, the separate RenPy folder should still be there with the persistent and the old saves.
Now, there may be an issue if there was a change to the RenPy version (haven't checked), if you used a mod, or if a bunch of dialogue and/or image names have changed. You should still skip things that are the same if the RenPy version is still the same, but those other changes won't register as already played. You can overcome that by making it skip unseen dialogue, which will just take you to the next choice. I personally don't like to do that, but that's what the "just here for the fap" guys do.
I'm replaying something else right now that the Dev added scenes to earlier sections of the VN and made some other changes because of fucking Steam, and while I can skip a lot because the RenPy version is the same, enough changes were made that there are a few scenes that aren't really changed that still have to be played unless I skip unseen dialogue.
