You comment on this quite alot and I dont want to get into an argument but I need to clarify this for you (and others):
First off, Im not a professional developer but just some guy having a new hobby and making a game for you for free.
The reason why I put a censor in the game and edited the intro is to show people like you that the game is not and never was intended to be a tutorial on how to beat up women. The second day was planned from the start and I did not cave in to any reddit culture or whatever you mentioned, because I didnt have a single comment on reddit when I uploaded it the first time. If you (and frankly my patrons) only want this game to be about violence, then that was clearly a missstep in the development. I will have polls on this soon and see if they agree. The game will continue having bdsm and bloody content, just as it has in the second day with the mummies. The asian chick is supposed to like being dominated. But I never intended for every character to be into that. So if you and everyone else wants to ignore that and only see it as a wife beater simulator, then I might actually shut this whole thing down before I get too invested. Because I put alot of hours into trying to make a good evening scene this version and I planned that from the start. So again, if people only see it as a brutalizer simulator, then that first scene and the second one were the ones that put this game in a box it cant recover from.

It was my fault we got into the reddit feedback, since in the post you said you were getting your feedback from f95 and reddit (one you deleted) and that was the reason for changes. I never saw a single comment here about the initial optional scene being too excessive.

The wife beating narrative that you're accusing us users of wanting, is pretty low. I was not expecting to savagely beat every chick in this game. I just thought it was a fetish you were including at least once in a while, or maybe just raiders only.

Idk if you intended to but it feels like you're kinkshaming us now.

The world isnt black and white, and sometimes games can have brutal content while also being lighthearted afterwards. Ryona is fun, but the game isnt only about that. Just like you can feed your companion to cannibals in fallout, you can be the good guy and have a love story with her.

The complaint we're making is on this though. We can no longer feed a companion to the cannibals, per the example. We're steered into role playing a specific way. And then the bethesda dev comes out and shames us for backlash against decision saying, "this is not a cannibalism simulator." That's how we're feeling right now.

I needed to get this out. And while Im sure you will find arguments to prove how you are right, there is a choice here for both of us. Either we accept that the game will have a mixture of romance, vanilla, domination, incest and post apocalyptic violence in it, or we scrap the idea and only want it to be stupid and blunt beatings. In that case you have the option to distance yourself from it and I have the option to continue it or not, but I will not be pressured by comments like yours insulting me saying I caved in to some arbitrary internet culture.

I would love a little bit of all of that actually. I am not trying to pressure you into making the game around my fetishes though. But let's be honest, you did censor your game. Allow me to make my thoughts clear: If your goal ultimately was to make it more approachable by a mainstream audience it was the right choice.

And last but not least, constructive criticism always helps more than what youre doing. I put the last 4 weeks in this game next to my full time job, even though its a short update. But I had to model characters, listen to royalty free music for hours and learn the coding from the ground up. A bit more sympathy from your side would be appreciated. Ok, you didnt like this update, but understand that its not the greatest thing to constantly read the comments you wrote in the last few weeks.

Then why aren't you talking with us? It feels like you're ignoring us when we say we don't want something censored. Devs who are regularly active in their development forums are well loved here. We could toss ideas around together if you want. Heck, you don't even have to agree with or listen to a single one, it's just nice to know we're being heard by the dev.

I liked your game alot. I will probably like your game in the near future as well. I just enjoyed the scene I got here that's now gone and one of the few fetishes I saw here that made your game stand out. If I've blown out of proportion, or made you feel like I'm shitting your game, that's not my intent.

I did, and posted one of my own to that effect. But the trend has mainly been opposite of that since then, agreed. Nevertheless, I applaud the devs direction, the gorier aspect of this made it less appealing to many people and gave it a vibe of extreme sadism, which is a pretty small niche. If that would have been the direction dev wanted to go I would have respected that and not played it further - same as I avoid the more extreme japanese games. As would many others. Now, there's a greater chance for more people to enjoy the game.

Well, I've just played through the second day and these are my thoughts. I replayed from the start, censored version, might replay uncensored version later for comparison. Scene one - the raiders. Much prefer the new version. Don't miss the blood and gore, very much like the fact that we now have a chance to meet black girl again at a later point. The only thing I kind of missed was the opportunity to pee on crazy asian chick, just because I dislike gore with my porn doesn't mean that I don't like a little kinkiness. Perhaps could've been kept as optional.
Scene two: the elve girl. Much improved in every aspect. And since she seems to be essential to the future story, the two remaining options are logical. And now we can actually see whats going on.
No major changes to rest of the first day, all good.
Second day: I'm guessing that I missed out on a lot of gore with the mummy fight - don't care, but I wouldn't have cared if it remained either, they're fucking mummies. not babe raiders.
Improved visuals, good pace, great music/sound. Both daughters and mom look amazing, especially the youngest daughter is probably the hottest girl I've seen in a game on this site. Dad is still an alpha, but a bit less brutish. Would like an option to set the ages for the daughters (similiar to setting the names), or at least information about everybody's age, but that's my only gripe.This is starting to look really good! I'll probably be off to support this dev on patreon now, to put my money where my mouth is.

It's funny how this place devolved into beating people up.

On the other note, I expected to bang the black raider in the redone into cause of the screenies. But that's all right since there's enough 'young one''s tits in this update to satisfy me she's a absolute cutie that acts like a ditz, I'm surprised by the relationship they already have I kinda expected to corrupt her but loving that he already did and is holding back from corrupting the 'Elder one'. This update does a good prologue and I can't wait to see the proper story starting. Just hope the dev isn't turned off from all this throwing hands talk going on in the comments.
