Nobody's asking the dev to change his story. His story, theme, gameplay, and characters are perfect and unique, and the reason most of us love this game. Minor alterations to character design are quite common, especially in early stages of game development - besides, reverting back to Ain's old body would actually be more in line with the dev's original/intended vision.
I think the game is perfect as it is. I don't see why we have to cater to some opinions. If you want Ain's boobs to be smaller, I want them to remain as the dev intended. My opinion has the same gravity as yours. Spamming the forum with your opinion over and over and then claiming that many people think the same, is obviously not the case. Agree it wouldn't be possible to fulfill everyone's request. That being said, there's been many others with similar thoughts on Ain's comically huge boobs, so it wouldn't be just tending to a few opinions but perhaps a significant portion of players. I do however want to point out that as much as we appreciate the patrons'... patronage, and I know Z really does, he has refused to take requests before and I think he will not change his mind in that regard. So yes, your voice would be louder, but not necessarily come with more convincing power. (don't let that stop you from joining the Patreon though, the man needs a new computer
Opinions and suggestions are welcome as always, from patrons or fans alike. They foster debate and may bring new thoughts to Z's creative process if they actually bring new ideas and content to the discussion, plus we like the notion of having an open communication with people on the discord. It's always fun to read people's thoughts and hypotheses/flights of fancy on where the game will go next, or their elaborations on the characters' dispositions. (spoiler: plot-wise, when a chapter is released, we usually have already a fairly good idea of what content will go in the next one)
That said, the suggestions and opinions relayed will not have a direct effect on Z's decisions with regards to the game, in any of it's aspects, unless he specifically asks for opinions or puts out a poll, contribution notwithstanding.
Luckily, so far, I can gratefully say that most patrons, including (in fact, especially) the top tier ones, seem to accept this general disposition and Z's straightforwardness in this regard.

Well that is because people do not write about every little thing they like in a game. I like the breasts, but I do not go out to point it out. That's great that you like her new boobs. However, whether you or other people chose to post about your preference for her new boobs doesn't change the fact that many people did share their dislike over the change. This was the entire point that milly wrongly stated was "obviously not the case," and that you are clearly not understanding either.

As you see, you and the other guy are actually the ones making assumptions about who and how many like what or not, and why they did or didn't share opinions. You chose not to point something out before, and now you have - this is how this works, ya? No need to get all worked up over people sharing their opinions about a game in a forum designed for people to share their opinions about games

Have you played the current version? It isn't true female protag and the dev has shown no intention of making it that. It's more that eldest daughter is a significant part of MC's story, and some of her actions and choices will effect what MC has to deal with. It's minimal and doesn't make it feel like you are her; more like a cut scene with a few options to tee the storyline up the way you want it.
