Basically anything that is no longer entirely human is a mutant. Decayed too. They don't even need to be born mutant, then can mutate later in life, like the elves or Abraxas. Hard to give a clear label. Sure the hive queen is a mutated human being.

I´m not saying to add more girls, I´m saying taking one that already exists and just moving her to the house. Asani is already in the game, I was just pointing out that the house harem might be completed.
