Yes, everything is very confusing! :unsure:
Just like in the beginning the younger daughter is supposed to be the stepdaughter... if that were lore that would mean that the MC's wife got pregnant while she was on loan... I would like to know who the father is! :unsure:o_O....

Then we can also be curious when the MC will impregnate women from other households. ...at some point everyone is related to each other! :ROFLMAO:

The dialogue changes if you make them just your daughters so the step stuff is probably just dodging Patreon rules.
If they are step then you got them from the temple with the preggo priestesses. They aren't related to Zahra in that case either.
It's pretty clear from their facial features that the straight daughter route is canon with them being MC and Zahra's daughters.

I have an assumption that Nadia may be Zaton’s daughter, there were even hints in the dialogue :unsure:

Judging by the passionate relationship between Zaton and Nadia’s mother in the past, this is quite possible, and also when Zaton approached Nadia’s mother from behind, he mentioned something that Nadiya could be “Our Daughter,” but not directly, but hinted... this would be a good event in the future

I believe that's always the case. Zahra is very open about her having fun with the rest of the household members while Zaton is away, something he accepts without any problem (though we have only seen her engage with Ain and Shani, but there are hints she has been intimate with Emilia and both Fairy and Kat will soon join).

The sorting in this case is "weighed rating". I don't know how this "weighing" works, but rating means that a good game with a limited appeal (in other words, with a small but dedicated fan base) will score well in this chart.

I’m not 100% sure, but I think the weighted part means it takes the number of votes into account, so a game with a single five-star vote won’t shoot to the top.

ah ok, now that makes sense there was a peak in negative ratings of good games through out the site, now it is clear why, oh that is sometimes so petty good thing is that the Fans are ablsolutly keen of their game :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Both Emilia and Fairy, I can confirm. (They are refered as slaves, but they are servants since i've been good and caring to them)
