I couldn't immediately recall based on the angle in the screenshot, but from a frontal image and with the same type of clothing (i.e., bra and dress), it is definitely the reverend mother.....
It's cool, such a character is getting touched up, would love to see those titties again. I don't think any of the main girls have them like she does.

......I mean Zahra's are pretty big but not as big as the reverend mother's.....But then again, (lore-wise) reverend mother's purpose is to essentially serve as a motherly concubine/baby-making machine of sorts as part of her high-ranking role in the temple so I guess it's sorta natural/expected that she has that kind of XXL mommy milk tits physique...
I wonder if a reverend mother is one of the priests that's in the "know" about Zeta's founding/religion.

I'm sure she knows more than she is letting on, that's for sure... I mean, it is possible that the higher-ups in the religious sect of Zeta probably indoctrinated any of the new reverend mothers who were taking up that post. Because if I remember correctly, there may have been previous reverend mother's prior to the one we get introduced to in-game
There definitely were, I'd be surprised if they came sometime after Zeta's founding instead of being a part of it.
Is there a poll we can vote to the devs on who we would like more screen time with? My vote would be for more Ivy and Kitty!

I'm still wondering how all of the factions are gonna come together. Part of me thinks you're gonna get an option to prioritize the Queen.

I think ZetanDS is planning to add some paths in the game where you can "soft" the queen and convince her in a peaceful way, by getting alliances or something like that. And when I mean "soft", I mean Zaton will probably fuck her and even turn into her King consort in the future. Also, there is a possibility another girl could become the new queen, like Shani, for example.

Yeah, I can definitely see that happening. I mean, we see instances in the game where the queen starts taking Shani under her wing and getting all chummy with her, plus the whole scene of the queen frying the prisoner alive with the flamethrower and calmly walking Shani through that process of exercising extreme retribution as a leader makes me think that Shani could start adopting those attributes if she ever ends up taking the throne....
