By "so many" you must mean one scene. Because the only one I'm aware of that got fully removed in the update was the Ain Massage scene. It hadn't been visually reworked yet and it was somewhat underwhelming compared to the other lewds so I suppose the devs decided to cut it ahead of the Steam release instead of fuss with it. No real loss.

Nope unfortunately it was actually alot more than just the massage scene, Played through this game everytime it got updated then felt off so loaded a older version with the new version and saw alot of missing scenes especially around the start. Maybe 7 or more
was hoping for some queen and elf action but its alright.
The Dev should incorporate a surprise scene or quest in every update.

Yeah, bought it on Steam, it's so good. updates taking ~3 months is good enough, I think. Most popular games here update once or twice per year lol

Nothing really got removed. As far as i am aware most things just got reworked. That means better lighting, better poses, better animation. The Ain model get me curious but even there is not much difference. She is just shorter. Just play the current versions because its also the best version
do you have access to that version. i cant seem to find it anymore and im sure i deleted it from my pcversion 0.01 or 0.02, because already in 0.02 or 0.03 they removed original Ain model. hope this helps
