Maybe this is new or it could be an error on the walkthrough? I can be wrong, but I´m pretty sure that scene isn´t anal and doesn´t give you the option to choose.
Pretty sure you are right, it is not an anal scene and never was. The scene never says or shows either way, but Nadia would make a comment on anal, and she doesn't say anything about it.
