I think you’re stretching the definition of “a lot.” There’s one actual sex scene involving a pregnant woman, which is a dream, and aside from that there’s one belly-rubbing scene (with a tertiary character whom we have no connection to), two breastfeeding scenes (which is pregnancy-adjacent and, again, with tertiary characters), and two impregnation scenes (which don’t really count).
That’s one, the other is the priestess with Kateryna (which is also the belly-rub scene).
If you're only counting the act of impregnating a woman or having sex with a pregnant woman, then Desert Stalker does indeed have far more pregnancy content than most other VNs. Assuming you took all of the pregnancy-related options in the game, then at this stage of the story there will have been five girls confirmed impregnated by Zaton, and two sex scenes with a pregnant woman having sex. Three if you count the slave giving a blowjob during the Nadia scene. Beyond that, several other women have been shown pregnant in Desert Stalker. So yeah, quite a lot of pregnancy material in this VN for those of yall that like that kind of stuff.
