I don't think there's a "worst girl" at least not for me. This is one of the few games where I actually like all the girls, I think they all are appealing in their own way.
I don't think Zarah ever helps MC actually seduce anyone, she comes in after that's done and "acclimates" the girl to the rest of the family/dynamics, and instructs them.

You have to remember that Rabiah was Zaton's girlfriend before he settled up with Zahra. Both him and Zahra eventually clicked, in part because Zaton got tired of Rabiah's selfishness, and things with her ended in a bad way when she caught them having sex in their kitchen.
