Can't imagine a scenario where I would think leaving her behind in a place she escaped from once that is filled with monster cannibals would be a good idea, but that's just me.

I'm playing the gentleman, mostly, I must admit that I like to shake queen Merneith a little...

Took the Hive Girl back to the Vault.
I may be biased, but when Ivy shot the Hive Mother, the choice was clear to me.

To me it seemed kinda obvious that Hive girl was set up to be the new queen, because the hive queen called her daughter, if I remember correctly, and she seemed to be the only other hive mutant beside the queen with a personality or will of her own. So I took her back to the vault, because she didn't seem to like the way things currently are with the hive, which is probably why she ran away from there in the first place.
I expect Hive Girl to gain control as the new overmind somehow, if the old queen is dead, which would be a very powerful ally for the mutants.

It's going to be interesting how this branching in the story will be handled. As it stands now the mutants are too weak for open conflict with Zeta, but being in control of the hive could change that. If this depends on the choice of taking Hive Girl back to the vault or leaving her, then I wonder how the mutants would move forward without the help of the hive.

You should have seen her at the entry of the mutants bunker. I think it's the second time you get there. She's the one without much emotions.

If you did not see her you missed a few scene in the mutants bunker.

Maybe there will be lewd content with her - the hive mother and maybe their pets if you leave her there.

You can't miss her as it's a forced meeting as you meet her during the extensions of politics - find allies for the mutants quest. She is the girl that goes with you to the hive queen's place and when you have to run away your given the choice take her back or leave her there.

picked up and cleared out the story (or at least every quest is marked as to be continued other than the mutants, which has a TBC in their mission menu), gotta say this is a fave. neato characters, interesting worldbuilding.
looking forward to more in the future.

Maybe i just totally forgot. I remember going in a mission at the hive and losing (wo)men on the field due to a sever lack of preparation but that's it.
