Basically anything that is no longer entirely human is a mutant. Decayed too. They don't even need to be born mutant, then can mutate later in life, like the elves or Abraxas. Hard to give a clear label. Sure the hive queen is a mutated human being.

We keep hearing November. Not sure how in-the-know the ones saying that are. They are probably basing it off previous release gaps.

The official word is Q4 of 2024 for the Steam release. So until otherwise said, I'd just assume before the year end. This isn't a typical release, so may take longer than the standard release cycle thus far.
