Well NTR is shorthand for the japanese word netorare and cuck/cuckholding is english. They are mostly the same thing in different languages although how each are expressed in each culture and media as well as on the Internet varies.

What you have to realise is that if you aren't fetishizing it the feeling of getting cheated on is pretty universally very negative. Zaton has been portrayed as dominant throughout the game so not much cucking is going to be happening to him.
The one exception is the queen where you can choose to be submissive. I've not really explored that route though so no idea how that will play out. We know she has her own pleasure slaves. She has shown a lot of interest in Shani so "worst" case here would her doing something to/with Shani while making submissive Zaton watch.
