You have to replay because there was significant changes to the code and the Ren'Py version was upgraded.
However, the reworked scene where you return Kyra (the purple-haired raider) to Adira and the resulting sex was enough for me to love the replay, alone.
So does it feel like a somewhat fresh experience overall? Or just very few moments?

It is better to wait until the 13th when the game officially comes out and not in beta/preview state.
And EVERYONE has to replay from the start anyway.

Can anyone tell me at which point Ain´s punishment takes place? I´m currently doing the mission where the family goes shopping, when you meet Igor and Kat. I have Kyra in the basement and I don´t want to take her to Adira without seeing Ain´s punishment first.
Does that happen after the visit to the market? I´m just afraid I might have missed it.
