If you mean that not all girl are yet available i think it might be normal, i'm not sure all repeatables are already there.

Hello, I think there's an issue with "The Hive" mission part 1. Whenever the cutscene where the lights are turning on triggers, the hive queen (at least I think it's the hive queen) opens her eyes and it immediately skips to a scene where Ivy is bloody after seemingly shooting the queen. Feels like I missed a lot of stuff there...

Just keep playing, it is normal.
It's just the scene skips ahead to after the encounter then you get shown what happened in a flashback. It is a bit jarring the first time you see it.
i have a question on the free roam in the living room for the older daughter i cannot use the option to focus on her unlike on everybody else did i miss something or is that content just not available yet
Not available yet. She's in a couple of the scenes, I think, or at least one with Ain, but there are no specific living room events for her ATM

Ain found herself excited this week. Her trip to the market was memorable - it was filled with merchants and the array of their... goods. However, that excitement might have gotten the better of her... and that's where the second part of the scene comes into play, which I plan to dive into next week.
Sex aside... it also sets the stage for Ain’s potential future, exploring the different paths that could lead there.

- Ain's market scene: 50%

Ain's attempted kidnapping (d4b): 100%
First Asani visit (d6b): 30%
Script writing: 0%
