Been a few versions since I played folks, so here is a query: "Has the princess/queen gotten her brains screwed out yet?"

Last I played things got pretty how and heavy with the elder daughter in the mix but stopped right at the edge.

Legit one of the best games out there. Even though i know that it updates approx every 3 month, i still open the page everyday just to check...lol. This has been (for now) the only game that i played from the beginning almost every time there was a new update.
I am a sucker for dystopian setting. And there are hardly any good dystopian setting games. And this one is top tier among them. The CG and animations are mind blowing.

How did you come to that conclusion?

version 0.01 or 0.02, because already in 0.02 or 0.03 they removed original Ain model. hope this helps

It seems my game is bugged. I can't seem to get anymore quest or progress, I have clicked "go to sleep" 20 times and there's still no exclamation mark anywhere. I think the last thing I did was fucking Emilia and Fairy in the living room and before that I changed the Fairy name to something else. Could that be the problem?

Yeah, bought it on Steam, it's so good. updates taking ~3 months is good enough, I think. Most popular games here update once or twice per year lol

Nothing really got removed. As far as i am aware most things just got reworked. That means better lighting, better poses, better animation. The Ain model get me curious but even there is not much difference. She is just shorter. Just play the current versions because its also the best version

Did you bring the raider prisoner back to her camp? I've hit the same bug a few days ago... you need to load a previous save, one where Fairy is still in the basement would do the trick, then go to the basement and talk to the raider girl prisoner and go on her mission, everything else should work properly from there.

You can always make your own mac distribution of it or just use the SDK as the launcher. This version of Desert Stalker was built with Renpy v8.3.4 so...

1) Download the .dmg for

You must be registered to see the links

and unpack it wherever you want... or just copy/paste this into your terminal to dump it into ~/Documents:

cd ~/Downloads && curl -O https://www.renpy.org/dl/8.3.4/renpy-8.3.4-sdk.dmg && hdiutil attach renpy-8.3.4*.dmg && mv /Volumes/renpy-8.3.4*/renpy* ~/Documents/

2) move or copy your entire Desert Stalker folder into your Renpy SDK folder

3) Either use the Renpy SDK to launch Desert Stalker as a "project", or use the "Build Distribution" option.

Nope, Im the in the same boat as you are, havent played this game since 0.15c and looks like they only added a mission for the mutants wich explain the lore for pepper and her sister, every other thing Im pretty sure Ive already seen in 0.15c if my memory is correct

oh my god yeah I fucking forgot to bring her back to the camp. That causes the bug?? man what the fuck I should have more save file, my 2nd save was 1 hour in and the last one is 3 hour in.... I'm fucked. I'll try it later, thanks a lot!
