I'm having the same problem but the update i have is the 18.0, the current one, and the stuff are blurred in the gallery, just no quests

thats one way to do it ig, but then you will miss the event the scene is connected to, if it is not a bug

now here's my own unusual complaint as well, why are there no desert stalker wallpapers in the wallpaper engine for those who does use it? i was day dreaming of having an animated wallpaper from desert stalker for my background but that dream just went away due to the sad reality

My problem as well

You can't get all the scenes in one single playthrough. Those scenes may be locked because of the choices you made, or may be sharing scenes you haven't unlocked. There is a pdf walkthrough and it shows how to unlock each scene.
