Basically animated erotic gore and torture. Guro is a japanese word for a specific art style in which this type of thing is typically depicted.

Visit the mutants, go to the gym, that will trigger an event with Krait (sexy, but not sexual). Only after that will you be able to unlock the scene with Krait in this update (I´m assuming, I haven´t played it yet).

That actually sounds like the incorrect jumps after v17 dropped. They were all fixed back in 17.1.2.
