That chart really doesn't seem accurate at all, IMO. I wouldn't put any of those women past a C... maybe a D cup. As a degenerate, I would consider myself somewhat of an expert from many years of ... careful study.
At any rate, the reason why there is a small tits tag for this game should be obvious... It's because there are several girls in Desert Stalker that actually have small breasts.
Also, the hive queen isn't the only pregnancy. There are 5 other women in Desert Stalkers that are shown pregnant, and two of them have sex animations. Three LIs are pregnant at this point of the story too as well as two extra girls also pregnant by Zaton. In short, there's a fuck ton of pregnancy in DS.

Something close to that, just depends on how many bugs they find and need fixed, and if any extra animations/renders need to be redone or added in.

Kyra´s story seemed to be more focused on the raiders aspect, with Kyra being there for the lewds. She´s still the leader of them, so maybe she is a LI? I´m on the fence now, she could totally be one.
By the character arc logic, would you consider Nadia a main LI? She has been the focus of a storyline a few updates back (we really need more).

I think she counts as an LI. I think any of the girls that where the main quests are side quests directly feature them then they can probably be counted as an LI. So I think Kyra definitely counts. Yuna, Fairy, Emelia, Lirah... etc... Basically all the girls that develop feelings for Zaton (in their own ways, of course).
If I think "side girls" in this VN though, it's girls like Rue, or Talia, the thief, the girl who's brother whored her out in the market, etc...
