This is not a bug, to make sure, press Alt+M, then go to Search and type sapa_assimilated, then click "search" and it will show you the true value of this flag. So there is nothing wrong with it.

And what really looks like a bug is that the quest “Freedom or duty"-->"Lirah's Duty" does not get status “completed” in the quest log. Furthermore, the scene with both guards (Lirah/Talia blowjob) Zaton has already gotten. I even fast-forwarded a few days after that, but nothing changed. No one has encountered something like this?
Meanwhile, all other quests, incl faction quests, are already completed. However, if you go through this quest in the “Lirah's Freedom” variant, it is correctly marked as completed.
